Mission completion reward:A or S rank
For completing a given mission with an A or S rank, you will be reward you with various items. You can farm for items that you are unable to buy.
eg Mission D-10 the fight against the superUFO Brillodein gives you 254 chain gun for A rank and 305 chain gun for S rank
